For snowmobile trail riders of ALL ages, our Northern Minnesota snowmobile club was organized in 1987 by a group of energetic snowmobilers. We serve Hermantown, Proctor and Duluth area trails.
We groom on the regular, if you haven't ridden our trails you'll be pleased, if you're lucky enough to ride them you know we keep them smooth!
Originally named; Over The Hill Night Riders Snowmobile Club, we are now Hermantown Night Riders. (Over the hill is where we are in relation to Duluth, NOT our ages!)
You can ride snowmobiles from the Buffalo house all the way up north to the sweet Fish and Island Lakes area, without missing a thing.
The trail still referred to as 'the missing link' is approximately 54 miles long and connects the Munger Trail to the North Shore Trail around the City of Duluth.
We are also connected to the 'Main Corridor Trail' East of Superior, Wis. We are a Grant-in-aid trail with the permission of private property owners by signed permits obtained by the club.
The trail is maintained by club members. We ask that when you are snowmobile trail riding you treat our trail with respect for the property owners and obey our signs as you travel through our scenic community.
Meetings are held the third Thursday of the month.
